United Policyholders is a non-profit organization founded in 1991 and dedicated to educating the public on insurance issues and consumer rights.

Member of Building Owners and Managers Association - Greater Tampa Bay (BOMA). This is a non-profit association comprised of representatives of the commercial building industry and associate members servicing such an industry.

Member of Community Association Institute (CAI) - Suncoast Chapter and West Florida Chapter. This national organization is dedicated to fostering competent, harmonious community associations and provide education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals and companies that provide products and services to these associations.

Member: Clearwater Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest chambers in the Bay area with members whose mission it is to enhance the business environment and promote economic health and growth in the Clearwater region.

The Anderson Kill Loss Advisors Network is a collaborative effort of North America's leading public loss advising firms, and Anderson Kill Insurance Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C., the leading law firm in the representation of insurance Policyholders for over twenty years. The Network is dedicated to helping policyholders obtain the most out of their insurance. Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. are pleased to be members in good standing of this excellent organization, which among other things, has been a champion in particular of our 9/11 victims.

NAPIA is the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters. NAPIA members are experts in the profession of public insurance adjusting who have joined together for the express purpose of professional education, obtaining certification and promoting a rigid code of professional conduct and ethics. Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. are recognized members of this national organization and Charles R. "Dick" Tutwiler has himself formerly served as a Director on the Board of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters.

The Windstorm Insurance Network or WIND is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote awareness of windstorm insurance issues through the application of educational initiatives, shared member resources, and technology designed to support and improve the professional delivery of windstorm-related insurance services. Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. are participating members of WIND. Also, Charles R. "Dick" Tutwiler himself has been pleased to serve as a Director on the Board of the Windstorm Insurance Network Inc. and is the past President of this organization for 2004/2005.
