Hurricane Charley exited Florida's east coast causing damage to the roofs, exterior and interior of this 3-building, 3-story condominium community. The insurance company adjuster reported to the association that much of the damage would not be covered and the total covered damages may not even exceed their $43,290.00 deductible.
