After discovering severe hidden water and insect damage to structural members of certain buildings, Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. was retained to conduct further investigations. After preparing, presenting and negotiating the claim on behalf of the Association a settlement was reached in the amount of $750,000.00, an approximate $10,000.00 settlement per unit.
