Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. was retained by the Board of Directors and a claim was made with the insurance company for collapse due to hidden decay.
The first offer of $491,128.00 proved woefully inadequate in that a final arbitration award was entered for $11,300,000.00 which included the cost to repair the building, provide lodging for the occupants as well as storage for their personal property. This is a $10,808,872.00 INCREASE, or more than 23 TIMES what the insurance company offered before Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. became involved on the Insured Party's behalf!
