Tutwiler Success Stories

On March 5, 2007 a massive fire broke out in a large office building located on North Franklin Street in downtown Tampa. The fire was so great that hot embers traveled nearly 200 yards down the street igniting fire to another large commercial office building causing damage to it and to other adjacent buildings. The owners of the building located at 912 Franklin Street pooled their resources to determine what experts should be brought in to asses their damages. Shortly thereafter, public adjuster Rick Tutwiler was hired after the recommendation of area professionals. After reviewing the policy, making inspections, months of negotiation, and insurance company delay, Mr. Tutwiler was able to successfully negotiate a settlement on behalf of the insured which included a full replacement of the roof, windows, and interior damages much to the satisfaction of the insured.
