This mid-rise Class A office building located in the heart of Miami, Florida sustained in excess of a million dollars in damage as a result of Hurricane Wilma that struck south Florida on October 24, 2005. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. was retained to represent the building owner in their claim for loss and damages. This building has a number of prominent tenants including the CNN News Bureau.
