The Frontier Steakhouse, known for its famous "6 lb Steak Challenge" suffered a devastating fire in its rear kitchen, causing severe fire, smoke and water damage throughout the restaurant. Given the enormous task of formulating the building, contents, stock and business income losses, ownership decided to hire Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. to act on their behalf. As a result, a comprehensive settlement of $655,000 was reached only months after the loss.
