On June 18, 2001, Knights Inn of Ocala, a motel business located in Ocala, Florida off I-75, suffered severe water damage as a result of its roof being damaged by a tornado. In addition to structural damage, water, mold and mildew damage resulted from the storm. Knights Inn of Ocala made the decision to retain Tutwiler and Associates, Inc., to manage the many issues involved in the claim. The loss was settled in excess of $150,000.00.
