After receiving no response from its insurance carrier, the Association retained the services of Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. to assist with the arduous claim process. A thorough and professional damage assessment was performed and a detailed repair estimate was prepared. Lengthy settlement negotiations resulted in an amicable agreement with the Association receiving more than $1,355,958 for its hurricane damages.
