The Berkley Square Condominium Association is a four-building condominium community on Florida's east coast. Hurricane Wilma caused roof damage, exterior damage, and interior damage to the buildings. After a repair estimate and inadequate offer of less than $83,000 by their insurance carrier's adjuster, the association retained the services of Keith Grams of Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. to assist them. A thorough damage assessment was completed and presented to the insurance company for payment. Lengthy inspections and negotiations with the insurance company resulted in a settlement of more than $561,856 for the Association.
