Ft. Myers Beach Villa Suffers Fire Loss and Rick Tutwiler Negotiates the Final Settlement Allowing Complete Restoration

In May 2006 this Ft. Myers, FL beach villa suffered a fire loss causing extensive damage to the interior furnishings resulting in out of pocket expenses for the insured due to loss of rental income.
