Having successfully used the professional services of Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates after Hurricane Andrew, the Turnberry Isle Condominium Association retained their services again after Hurricane Wilma struck October 2005. The heavy winds and rain caused multiple leaks on the main roof; extensive damage to glass windows and sliding glass doors and ruined elegant finishing throughout the interior of the building. After a detailed inspection of all the units, a successful negotiated settlement of covered damages was resolved after a long delay by the insurance carrier.
