Public Adjuster's Success Story: Paradise Shores Apartments

The 13 buildings of the Paradise Shores Apartments were constructed during the early 1970s. An engineering inspection revealed significant structural impairment as a result of hidden decay present in all 13 buildings. Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. was subsequently retained by the Association's Board of Directors to assist them with a property insurance claim under their collapse coverage. Mediation resulted in a successful insurance settlement in the amount of $925,000.00.
