Public Adjuster's Success Story: Wingate Inn Hotel, Tampa

Wingate Inn, a four story hotel built in 1999 and located on East Fowler Avenue in Tampa, Florida, suffered a water damage loss on December 18, 2001. Wingate Inn hired Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. to assist with their insurance claim. After negotiating, documenting and presenting the damages to the insurance company related to the building, business, personal property and business interruption, an amicable settlement was reached by Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates and the Wingate Inn.
