Public Adjuster's Success Story: The Tampa Club

On March 21, 1999, the exclusive “Tampa Club”, occupying the top floors in the Bank of America hi-rise office building in downtown Tampa, suffered severe water damage due to a ruptured water supply line. Shortly thereafter, realizing the magnitude of issues involved in the adjustment process, the Board of Directors voted to retain the services of Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. to manage the loss. The claim was settled for approximately $360,000.00 which included tenant improvements, business and personal property loss and loss of income.
