Public Adjuster's Success Story: Windward Pointe

Windward Pointe Condominium community is located in St. Petersburg, Florida and is comprised of over 200 individual units. After discovering severe hidden water and insect damage to structural members of certain buildings, Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. was retained to conduct further investigations. After preparing, presenting and negotiating the claim on behalf of the Association a settlement was reached in the amount of $750,000.00, an approximate $10,000.00 settlement per unit.
