Public Adjuster & Solicitor Positions

Job Description
We are currently seeking licensed and qualified public adjusters to solicit homeowners and commercial property owners who have experienced a property loss and are in need of assistance with their insurance claim.  This position is one where a professional can truly thrive by using the Tutwiler name, network of contacts, client references, and public adjusting knowledge to help bring new clients to the firm.  We are looking for hard working independent closers who want to be in control of what they make. The position involves following up on firm generated leads and developing a working relationship with local property managers and businesses who may experience future losses. 

Job Requirements & Skills

  • Current All-lines Public Adjuster License - 320-PCA 
  • 2+ years of Experience
  • Xactimate, Simsol, Symbility experience preferred
  • Able to present professionally and confidently in front of homeowners, business owners and property managers.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who is not afraid of recommending and implementing sound yet creative claim related business practices
  • Must possess excellent negotiation and analytical skills for use with insured’s and their representatives
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Understanding of and diligent use and reliance on a diary system for systematic tracking and processing of claims
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products - specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Reliable Transportation

Client Relationship Associate

Job Description
This is an hourly contract position. We are seeking a personable individual that can follow-up with existing clients to obtain needed information, maintain contact with prior clients to keep information updated, maintain client database and other client service related issues.

  • High school degree or Junior /Senior high school student seeking part-time employment.
