Seacamp Association Incorporated is a not-for-profit teaching and research facility located at 1300 Big Pine Avenue on Big Pine Key, Florida. On September 25, 1998, Hurricane Georges struck a direct blow in the Lower Keys and caused significant damage to Seacamp. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. represented Seacamp in their claim for damages to nine buildings under either their flood or windstorm policies or both policies. The retention of Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. resulted in the payment under flood and windstorm coverage to Seacamp Association Incorporation in the amount of $776,142.74. This successful conclusion was reached as a direct result of negotiations undertaken by Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. with the various insurance companies and based upon estimates produced by Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. and submitted to the insurance companies by them on Seacamp Association Incorporated's behalf.
