On May 10th, 2010 Mr. McIntosh noticed standing water in his kitchen pantry and called his insurance company. Upon arrival, the insurance company’s adjuster began to talk as if no coverage would be provided due to the assumed length of time the leak had existed. At this point Mr. McIntosh realized he needed the help of an insurance claim expert and was referred to Orlando public adjuster Ryan Kinney. A proper and all-inclusive claim package was provided to the insurance company outlining the true time frame and circumstances related to the plumbing leak and all damages resulting from the loss. A check was issued shortly thereafter totaling $23,467 for the replacement of the tile floor and kitchen cabinets.
