Only recently purchasing the property, the owners of Vaidek, Inc., d/b/a Clarion, did not have a copy of their insurance policy. Having previously used the expert loss appraisal services of Tutwiler and Associates, Inc., the owners called upon our loss consultants firm again for assistance with their property loss. Overcoming issues of co-insurance, deductible amounts, and potential denial of the claim, $110,000 was secured for the property owners and saved from denial of coverage.
